This space has the ability to morph seamlessly into almost anything you can conjure up. The venue has 15,000 square feet of an open floor plan, huge windows that provide the best natural light, and beautifully updated amenities.

Located about 5 minutes from downtown Cleveland, we have the ability to provide space for whatever you may need…weather its your dream wedding, a craft flea, car show, performance, or corporate event, the possibilities are endless.

BLDG17 and many local and in-house vendors, have partnered together to provide BLDG17 ONLY specials and discounted rates to ensure your vision is as comfortably in reach as possible.

The facility also includes a 3,000 square foot suite, specifically designed with getting ready in mind. It’s works perfectly as a Bridal Suite or a green room. The main suite has a private restroom, kitchen area, and two additional lounge/getting ready rooms. There is also a large secondary room catered towards a grooms suite, with a fireplace and bar area.

You can expect a gorgeous main event space, with beautifully updated restrooms, private parking for up to 400 vehicles, private and public entrances, and so much more.
